Ingredients:
- 2.5 cm ginger root, peeled
- 1 large strip of lemon zest
- 6 tbsp of water
- 1/3 cup honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 bags of chamomile or any other tea
Preparation:
- Cut the ginger into coins. In a small saucepan, combine the ginger, lemon zest, water, and honey and bring to a boil. Add the lemon juice to the hot water and pour into a teapot. Add the tea bags and let the tea steep. Remove the bags and serve.
