Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 small banana, sliced and frozen
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
- 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
Preparation:
- Freeze the coffee in an ice cube tray. Combine the frozen coffee cubes and 0.5 cups of regular ice in a blender with the pumpkin puree, banana, milk, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and stir in the yogurt with a spoon.
