Ingredients:
- 0.5 - 3/4 cup sweet vanilla rice milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 680 g chopped white chocolate
- A pinch of coarse salt
- Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
- For serving: blackberries, brownie bits, ripple chips, graham crackers, marshmallows, salted straws, and strawberries
Preparation:
- Pour the rice milk into a medium saucepan and add the cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat, then turn off the heat and add the chocolate and salt. Let sit for a minute, then stir until the chocolate melts. If the mixture is too runny, heat it a little more; if not runny enough, add more rice milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with dipping sauce.
