Spicy Melon Salad

Preparation:

Combine 1 tablespoon each of brown sugar and vegetable oil, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce, and the zest and juice of 1 lime. Drizzle the sauce over 1/2 each of a cantaloupe and a honeydew melon, cut into wedges. Top with 2 tablespoons each of chopped peanuts, cilantro, and mint.
