Bellini cocktail in a blender topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 large peach, halved (pit removed)
- 30 ml. peach schnapps
- 120–180 ml chilled champagne
Preparation:
- Place the peach and peach schnapps in the container of a Vitamix blender and close the lid.
- Select mode 1. Turn on the blender and gradually increase the speed to 10. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Blend until smooth. Pour the cocktail into glasses and top with chilled champagne. Serve immediately.
