Homemade salad with olives

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip Original Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. l. grated parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 0.5 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 package (280 g) of salad mix
  • A quarter of a red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 small pepperoncini peppers or other pickled peppers (optional)
  • 1 small red tomato, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced ​​black olives
  • 0.5 cups large croutons
  • 1 tbsp. l. grated parmesan

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the dressing:

    Combine olive oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and 1-2 cups of water in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Prepare the salad:

    Place the salad mixture in a large bowl and top with red onion, pepperoncini, tomatoes, olives, croutons, and cheese. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently.
