Potato chips with crab

Ingredients:

  • 220 g of lump crab meat
  • 0.5 tbsp. fresh corn kernels
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Preparation:

  1. Combine 8 oz. of sorted lump crab meat with 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels, 1 tbsp each mayonnaise and freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tsp chopped chives, 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning and a pinch of salt.
  2. Place on potato chips and sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning and chives.
