Frico: Parmesan Waffles with Basil and Lemon topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil leaves
- 0.5 tbsp grated lemon zest
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of the Parmesan mixture onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper and press lightly. A silicone baking sheet is recommended for this recipe. Repeat with the remaining cheese mixture, placing it in mounds 1 cm apart. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy. Cool and transfer to a plate with a flat spatula.
