Ingredients:
- 0.5 cups of oatmeal (breakfast cereal)
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries
- Half a banana
Preparation:
- In a small jar, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, and a pinch each of salt and cinnamon.
- Add 1/4 cup chopped freeze-dried blueberries and half a banana, sliced into pieces.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before eating, garnish the oatmeal with fresh or frozen berries.
