Rosemary and Raisin Bread topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 pack (300 g) of French bread dough
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
Preparation:
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary, 2 tablespoons golden raisins, and a few grinds of black pepper in 3 tablespoons olive oil for 3 minutes; let cool.
- Grease a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil; line it with a 300g package of French bread dough. Make a slit down the length of the dough and top with raisins and most of the butter; pinch to seal the filling inside. Roll the dough up and brush with the remaining butter.
- Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
