Ingredients:
- 12 frozen mini filo pastry tartlets
- Half a 100g cooked chorizo sausage, cut into cubes
- Half a green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation:
- Preheat a 6-liter air fryer to 160°C. Line the air fryer basket with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange the phyllo tartlets in an even layer. Spread the chorizo, green onions, and cheese evenly among them.
- Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper; pour into the tartlets. Cook until the eggs are set, 5 to 7 minutes.
