Ingredients:

- 1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced
- Half a small white onion, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
Preparation:
- Combine tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, onion, lime juice, and 1 teaspoon salt in a blender. Blend until the sauce is chunky, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
