Baked potato appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 1 baked potato
  • 1 tsp. grated cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp fried chopped bacon
  • Chopped chives, for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. Trim the small ends off the baked potatoes and top with cheddar, sour cream, bacon, and chives. Set the remaining potatoes aside for another use.
