Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 12 cups popcorn
- 1 cup chopped toasted almonds
Preparation:
- To make this cranberry popcornMelt 6 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, adding 0.5 cups of fresh cranberries, 2 tablespoons each of sugar and honey, and 0.5 teaspoon each of vanilla extract and salt. Cook until the berries burst, about 3 minutes.
- Toss with 1/2 cup popcorn and 1 cup chopped toasted almonds.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 160°C, stirring occasionally, until completely dry, about 8 minutes.
Output: 1.4 kg.
