White barbecue sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp. horseradish
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation:

1. Mix 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons each apple cider vinegar and horseradish, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon each hot mustard and sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon black pepper. Season with salt to taste.
