Slow Cooker Chocolate Fondue topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g dark or milk chocolate granules
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cups of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of coarse salt
- 2 tbsp bourbon or orange, coffee or nut liqueur, optional
- Fruit, marshmallows, or pound cake, for serving
- Special equipment: 6 liter slow cooker.
Preparation:
- Heat a 6-quart slow cooker over high heat.
- Combine the chocolate, cream, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a hot slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, then stir and reduce to low heat. Add bourbon or liqueur, if using.
- Serve with fruit, marshmallows or pound cake.
