Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pearl Onions

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of frozen pearl onions (400g each)
  • 1 package (620 g) frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Place pearl onions and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  3. Bake until the vegetables are golden brown and heated through, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
