Fruit Salad "Sangria" topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup orange juice (from squeezed membranes)
- 1/4 cup rosé wine
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 oranges, divided into segments, membranes removed
- 1 pink grapefruit, divided into segments, membranes removed
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh mint
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine orange juice, rose wine, and honey until smooth.
- Combine grapes, raspberries, strawberries, orange and grapefruit segments in a large bowl and drizzle with the rosé wine dressing. Gently toss and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mint just before serving.
