Ingredients:
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (170-220 g each)
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 orange slices
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in oil + 1 tbsp oil from a jar
- 2/3 cup white wine
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- In a large, shallow baking dish measuring 22 x 32 cm, arrange 1 lemon slice and 1 orange slice side by side to create 4 rows. Each salmon fillet will have its own layer of citrus. Sprinkle each fillet with salt and black pepper, then place the fish on top of the lemon and orange slices.
- In a small bowl, combine the dill, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive oil. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets and drizzle with white wine. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
