Caipirinha cocktail with Brazilian vodka topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. l. sugar turbinado
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Ice cubes
- 2 shots of cachaça or white rum
- Carbonated water
Preparation:
- Muddle the sugar and lime wedges in the bottom of the glass. Add ice cubes, then the cachaça and a splash of sparkling water.
