Caipirinha cocktail with Brazilian vodka

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. l. sugar turbinado
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 shots of cachaça or white rum
  • Carbonated water

Preparation:

  1. Muddle the sugar and lime wedges in the bottom of the glass. Add ice cubes, then the cachaça and a splash of sparkling water.
