Ingredients:
- 3 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup washed strawberries, peeled
- 0.5 cup raspberries or peeled and chopped kiwi (about 2 pcs.)
- 1 cup plain natural yogurt
- 1 and 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tbsp. crushed ice
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve.
