Preparation:In a skillet with vegetable oil, fry 12 oz (340 g) of shredded Brussels sprouts, 4 oz (110 g) of thinly sliced mushrooms, and a pinch of salt for 5-6 minutes, stirring halfway through. Set the vegetables aside. Add 1 tsp (1 teaspoon) of vegetable oil and 1 minced garlic clove; fry for 20 seconds.
