Ingredients:
- 1.5 tbsp. sugar-free coconut flakes
- 100 g dried pitted dates (about 14 pcs.)
- 15 small raw almonds
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of coarse salt
Preparation:
- Place the coconut flakes on a plate. Place the dates, almonds, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor and pulse until pureed.
- Form the resulting mixture into 0.5 teaspoon balls in your hands, then roll them in coconut flakes, pressing well so that they stick.
