Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet, cut into 2.5 cm cubes.
- 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
- Vegetable oil, for grilling
- 5 stalks celery, cut into 30 small pieces
- 30 grape tomatoes
- Blue cheese sauce, for serving
Preparation:
- Combine the chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Cover and marinate in a cool place overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grease the grates with vegetable oil.
- Thread the chicken, celery, and tomatoes onto wooden skewers. Cover the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve with cheese sauce.
