Chicken shashlik with buffalo sauce

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken fillet, cut into 2.5 cm cubes.
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
  • Vegetable oil, for grilling
  • 5 stalks celery, cut into 30 small pieces
  • 30 grape tomatoes
  • Blue cheese sauce, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Combine the chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Cover and marinate in a cool place overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grease the grates with vegetable oil.
  3. Thread the chicken, celery, and tomatoes onto wooden skewers. Cover the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve with cheese sauce.
