Preparation:

Cook 1 pound sugar snap peas in salted boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes; drain. Toss the peas with the yogurt dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon poppy seed, sesame, and dried onion mixture.
